Zachary, a graduate of Florida State College at Jacksonville, began his career at EverBank before continuing at TIAA Bank and later Newrez. With over a decade in mortgage sales, he built a reputation for client-focused service, earning high satisfaction ratings and assisting VIP clients with complex loan scenarios. His background spans loan origination, sales management, and sales coaching, giving him a broad understanding of the mortgage process.
Since joining Triad Financial Services, Zachary has focused entirely on manufactured home lending and affordable housing, developing partnerships with retailers, communities, and individual buyers. Now serving as a Business Development Manager, he is dedicated to supporting broker partners with the knowledge and guidance they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Zachary enjoys traveling, photography, and playing folk music.
