    Triad Financial Services, Inc (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy, and we recognize the importance of keeping your information secure.  Below, you will find details about our privacy policy and how your information is used.   

    This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit triadfs.com (our “Website” or “Site”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.   

    We may provide links to websites that are owned or operated by other companies ("third-party websites").  When you use a link online to visit a third-party website, you will be subject to that website’s privacy and security practices, which may differ from ours. You should familiarize yourself with the privacy policy, terms of use and security practices of the linked third-party website before providing any information on that website.

    By using our Site, you hereby consent to our Online Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.  If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Online Privacy Policy, you must exit the Site immediately.

Pages of our Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related Site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Site content and verifying system and server integrity). 
    • California "Do Not Track" Disclosures: While some Internet browsers have the ability to specify privacy preferences to websites, including requests not to track your usage and browsing history, Triad Financial Services, Inc. websites do not currently respond to these signals and may continue track your activity on this website and use gathered information as provided in this policy. 

    We may also collect information about you from our service providers that assist us in providing financial products or services you request from us. These service providers include credit reporting agencies or bureaus, income, employment and other verification services, appraisers, payment processor(s), technology platforms and service providers, and business consultants. 

    How We Use and Disclose the Information We Collect 

    We primarily use and disclose the information you supply directly to us to provide you with the content and/or financial product or service you have requested. We may also use and disclose your information to communicate with you about new features, products, or services, and/or to improve the services that we offer by tailoring them to your needs. 

    We may use the information gathered indirectly through use of the Site to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement around the site, and gather demographic information. 

    We may also use and disclose your information in any one or more of the following ways: 

    • To assist you in locating other companies capable of delivering products, services or information in which you may have an interest.

    We use encryption software to transport and secure your information. Because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, however, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us or the security of our servers, networks or databases. By using the Site, you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you access, visit and/or use the Site and we are not responsible for any loss of such information or the consequences thereof. 

    Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) 

    This Site is intended for individuals age 18 and older. Children under than age of 13 should not use this Site and are expressly prohibited from using our services. 

    SMS Text Messaging Policy 

    When you provide us with a mobile telephone number, you agree to allow us to call and send SMS messages to you on that number about your application and/or account, including through the use of an automated telephone dialing system. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party or affiliates for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We will not share  your mobile number or any SMS-collected information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that support our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
