Brenda joined Triad in 2022 as a Loan Originator, bringing with her 40 years of experience in the Manufactured Housing Industry. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in both retail and lending, holding key roles with prominent institutions such as Bank of America, GreenPoint Credit, and US Bank. Her positions have included Dealer Services Manager and Account Executive. Brenda has also demonstrated strong industry leadership, having served as President of both the Low Country and Pee Dee Chapters of the Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina (MHISC).
