Triad Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Jacksonville-based Triad Financial Services, one of the top five manufactured housing lenders in the nation, celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2009. The company, which was founded in 1959 as The Investment and Insurance Company to provide mortgage and insurance services to the manufactured home industry, currently services more than $350 million in loans and enjoys solid relationships with more than 40 lending partners.
