No, Triad only finances primary/secondary residences.

Triad requires borrowers with a prior bankruptcy to have a minimum of 2 years of re-established installment credit history (typically a car loan/mortgage) to be considered for a loan. The bankruptcy must also be discharged for a minimum of 4 years.

Standard documentation required but not limited to:

  1. Proof of income via year-to-date paystubs for the last 30 days/award letter etc.
  2. 2 years w2s
  3. Verification of down payment source via 2 months complete bank statement/401K statement.
  4. Copy of valid photo ID and social security card.
  5. Legal description of placement property.
