niche in the manufactured home finance industry. Triad has
built a solid reputation as an A lender and is committed to
being known as the friendliest, hardest working lender in the
business, according to Don Glisson, Jr., President.
Currently, Triad provides manufactured home financing for
retail sales, consumer purchases, and land & home non -conforming real-estate
mortgage loans. Additionally, Triad sells pre-owned manufactured
homes and offers both homeowners insurance and extended
home warranties.
As part of the
Microsoft ISV Empower program, Triad also intends to offer
software to the industry in the future to support loan
processing and decision making.
