Triad provides lenders with consistent well managed portfolios by offering them high quality loans that can be purchased individually. 

A majority of the work in selecting loans that meet the lender's criteria is performed by Triad. Retailer selection, marketing services, and application submission are part of the services offered by Triad. All of this is based on the guidelines provided by the investor/lender. The lender determines rates, terms, conditions, and the geography that they wish to purchase. Triad does all of the work in screening the applications to make sure they meet this criteria before sending the application to the lender.


Call Center

Once the lender approves the application, Triad processes the application, collects the conditions, works with the dealer and customer, sets-up the closing, and table funds the deal. Triad does 95% of the work. In most cases, there is little or no increase in human resources required by the lender. 

Each step in the process has a number of distinctive quality control checks to assure the viability of the loan and the merit of the borrower. Triad's reputation is built on the highest standards in the industry. 

After the loan is purchased by the lender, the lender services the account. If the lender has any difficulties collecting payments, Triad assists the lender. At 15 days Triad will work with the borrower to bring the account current. If for any reason it is necessary to repossess the home, Triad will handle the necessary procedures of repossessing and selling the home. Once Triad has repossessed the home we will pay off the remaining balance on the loan through the reserve account established at the financial institution. This protects the investor from losses.
