With Triad, delinquent loans become a thing of the past. If at any time you have any difficulty collecting payments, we’ll step in, and at 15 days we’ll work with the borrower to bring the account up to date. If it becomes necessary to repossess the home, Triad handles the administrative procedures and pays off the remaining balance on the loan through our reserve account, thus protecting your financial institution from losses.
