Established in 1959, Triad Financial Services, Inc. is the oldest known manufactured housing finance company in existence. Triad was built on a philosophy of providing financing and services to the manufactured housing market while maintaining the highest of credit standards. As a result of our commitment to provide the best possible service to customers and lenders, Triad has become a leader in the industry.

Triad's headquarters are in Jacksonville, Florida with branch offices in Chicago, Houston, Newport Beach, California and Wichita, Kansas. We provide financing and services to 44 states through our local and regional representatives.

The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) announced at its 2008 National Congress and Expo Annual Meeting in Las Vegas that Triad Financial Services, Inc. has been chosen the National Lender of the Year. Every year MHI industry leaders vote for the companies that are considered the best in their class. This is the sixth time Triad has been recognized by MHI, winning "Regional Lender of the Year" in 2006, 2005, 2003, 2002, and 2001.

Triad's president received the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and in 2002, Triad was selected as Service Organization of the Year.
