Established in 1959, Triad Financial Services, Inc. is the oldest known manufactured housing finance company in existence. Triad was built on a philosophy of providing financing and services to the manufactured housing market while maintaining the highest of credit standards. As a result of our commitment to provide the best possible service to customers and lenders, Triad has become a leader in the industry.

Triad’s headquarters are in Jacksonville, Florida with branch offices in Chicago and Houston. We provide financing and services to 20 states through our local and regional representatives.

Triad has been recognized as the Manufactured Housing Institute Regional Lender of the Year for the last three years. Triad’s president has received the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and in 2002, Triad was selected as Service Organization of the Year.
