Triad Financial Services, Inc.


	Triad Financial Services was established in Jacksonville, Florida in 1959, originally as Investment and Insurance Company (IIC). Later, in 1975, Don Glisson, Sr. became owner and president, changing the name to Triad Financial Services, Inc. At that time a branch office located in Illinois was created under the supervision of Ross Eckhardt, now Triad’s Executive Vice President.

In 1982, Don Glisson, Jr. joined his father underwriting loans. In 1984, his younger brother, Mike Glisson soon followed. Today, Don Glisson, Sr. is Triad’s Director, Don Glisson, Jr. is President and CEO, and Mike Glisson is the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President. The much anticipated opening of our Texas office in 1998, led by Bobby Glass, has proven successful in bringing Triad closer to our customers in the west.

In 2002, with the leadership of the Glissons and Ross Eckhardt, Triad Financial Services, Inc. originated loans in 20 states and achieved a loan volume in excess of $150 million.
