Prior to joining the Company in March 2008, was a
veteran commercial banker having held senior and
executive management positions with commercial and
thrift financial institutions over the last 28 years.
After graduating from American University in Washington,
D.C. he moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to begin his
banking career with the multi-billion dollar Liberty
National Bank & Trust Company. |

Beginning as a credit analyst, Mr. Mattingly over the
next thirteen years was promoted up through the ranks to
become senior vice president of commercial real estate
lending. After leaving Liberty in 1990, Mr. Mattingly
went on to hold executive positions with Bank IV Kansas,
as senior vice president and managing director of
commercial real estate banking, Fidelity Bank of Kansas,
as its executive vice president and chief lending
officer, and in July 2005, became executive vice
president, chief operating officer and member of the
Board of Directors of Central National Bank of Oklahoma.
