Ross Eckhardt is the longest-term employee of Triad Financial Services, Inc. excepting
only Triad’s Director, Don Glisson, Sr. Mr. Eckhardt has been associated with the
company for over 30 years in a variety of positions, beginning while still in high
school. Mr. Eckhardt relocated to Illinois from the corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida over 20 years
ago to pioneer Triad’s entry in the Illinois market. While a field manager in northeast Illinois, he established new
loan volume records for the company.

Under his guidance, Triad’s presence grew from a small area
in Illinois to a nine-state region in the Midwest. The explosive growth in loan
volume has necessitated three moves in the last five years to
adequately service customers in the Midwest.
Promoted to President of the Midwest Region in 2008, and now an active
principal in the organization, Mr. Eckhardt has additional
responsibilities at the corporate level and serves as the key
advisor to the CEO and Chairman.
