Manufactured Housing Institute's Prestigious National Lender of the Year Award
The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) announced at its 2009 National Congress and Expo Annual Meeting in Las Vegas that Triad Financial Services, Inc. has been chosen the National Lender of the Year
for the second year in a row.
Every year MHI industry leaders vote for the companies that are considered the best in their class. This is the sixth time Triad has been recognized by MHI, winning “Regional Lender of the Year” in 2006, 2005, 2003, 2002, and 2001.
“Triad’s ultimate goal is to be the manufactured housing industry lender of choice,” stated Don Glisson, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Triad Financial Services. “With
nearly 50 years of experience financing manufactured homes we know we can offer our retailers competitive financing programs for a variety of products. We also know we have been here in the past and that we will continue to be here for our retailers and their customers in the future.”
The BJ 50, The Jacksonville Business Journal’s 50 fastest growing privately held companies in Northeast Florida
Triad Financial Services, Inc. was named by The Business Journal as one of Northeast Florida’s 50 fastest growing private companies (the BJ 50).
Even though the manufactured housing industry as a whole is experiencing a continual decline in retail sales and shipments, Triad has continued to grow, producing an average annual increase in revenue of
54.4% over the period from 2005 to 2007. This increase garnered Triad a spot as the 13th fastest growing company on the 2008 list.
In order to be considered for the BJ 50, companies must be headquartered in Northeast Florida, independent and privately held with at least $1 million in annual revenues, and operating since at least 2003.
This
is Triad's sixth time appearing on the BJ 50, ranking
16th in 2007, 27th in 2002, 4th in 2001, 5th in 2000 and 9th in 1999.
Manufactured Housing Institute's 2006 Regional Lender of the Year
For the fifth time in six years, Triad Financial
Services, Inc. has been honored with the prestigious
Manufactured Housing Institute's National Industry Award
for "Regional Lender of the Year". Sponsored by the manufactured housing industry's National Association, winners of the award are nominated and selected by their industry peers. Triad Financial Services, Inc. was
also selected as the "Regional Lender of the Year" in
2005, 2003, 2002 and 2001, and was one of the three nominees in 2000.
2001 Jim Moran Institute’s Entrepreneurial Excellence Award
Don Glisson, Jr., President of Triad Financial Services, Inc. was one of the three winners of this prestigious award. The award program, currently in its 6th year, was designed to recognize the importance and achievement of Florida’s outstanding entrepreneurs who have been financially successful while also giving back to their community.
University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and Fisher School of Accounting “Florida 100” Award
For the last four years, Triad Financial Services, Inc. has been recognized by the University of Florida as one of the “Florida 100”, the annual group of fastest growing companies in Florida. Triad ranked
25th on the list in 2001; 26th in 2000; 36th in 1999; and 53rd in 1998.
National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (NCHV) Corporate Sponsor Award
Triad Financial Services was selected by the NCHV as a winner of a
Corporate Sponsor Award for 2001 for its behind the scenes efforts on the "Remember Our Forgotten Heroes, Help for Homeless Veterans" program. Triad was integral in securing financing for all of the homes presented so far.
