Don Glisson, Jr.
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
With Don’s leadership, Triad has been honored with a number of industry and community awards during the last ten years, including being named by The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) as the National Lender of the Year for 2010, Triad’s eighth MHI Lender of the Year award in the past nine years. Triad has been named numerous times by the “Jacksonville Business Journal” as one of the fastest growing companies in Northeast Florida, and by the University of Florida as one of the fastest growing companies in Florida.
Don is a member of the Board of Directors of The Jacksonville Bank (JAXB); a NASDAQ publicly traded Bank Holding Company and the largest community bank in Northeast Florida. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Manufactured Housing Institute, a 500 member trade association based in Washington D.C. which represents the entire Industry. Don was given the Chairman’s Award from MHI in 2010 for his efforts on behalf of the Manufactured Housing Industry.
In June of 2010, Don was named by the “Jacksonville Business Journal” as an “Ultimate CEO” for 2010, as voted on by the newspaper’s editors. Don has been written about and interviewed in numerous publications such as “The Wall Street Journal”, “The New York Times”, “The American Banker” and many others.
Don graduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in Finance, and in 2003 Don was awarded the “Entrepreneurial Excellence Award” by the College of Business, Florida State University. Don is also on the Board of Directors of Florida State University Alumni Association, and serves on its Finance and Governmental Affairs committees. Don is also on the Board of Governors for the Florida State University College of Business.
President & Secretary
Michael Glisson is involved in the day-to-day management of Triad’s Jacksonville staff. He oversees marketing efforts for direct and indirect lending and serves as a liaison between Triad’s department managers and upper level management. Glisson has over 24 years of experience in all phases of the finance and mortgage business including loan origination, underwriting and collections.
President Midwest Region
Ross Eckhardt has been associated with Triad for over 30 years in a variety of positions, beginning while still in high school. Eckhardt relocated to Illinois from Jacksonville, Florida over 21 years ago to pioneer Triad’s entry in the Illinois market. While a field manager in northeast Illinois, he established a new loan volume record for the company and helped create Triad’s refinance program. Today, Eckhardt is responsible for operating one of Triad’s most successful offices.
E. J. Gleim
Executive Vice President
Jed Gleim is a senior executive with a broad finance, credit and technology background, having held leadership positions in management, finance, technology and manufacturing. He has served as Executive Vice President, Bank of America Manufactured Housing and Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President, United Funding. He has also served as President, Midcontinent Business Systems, Chief Operating Officer, FreeDecison.com and President, MSP Consultants. Other management positions were held with Ford Motor, Peat Marwick and Farm Credit Services. Jed has served as an adjunct professor and attended Purdue, Wharton and Stanford earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and finance.
Executive Vice President
Steve Mattingly is a veteran commercial banker and has held senior and executive management positions with commercial and thrift financial institutions over the last 28 years. After graduating from American University in Washington, D.C. he began his banking career with the multi-billion dollar Liberty National Bank & Trust Company. After leaving Liberty in 1990, Mattingly went on to hold executive positions with Bank IV Kansas, Fidelity Bank of Kansas and Central National Bank of Oklahoma. Mattingly has served on the Board of Directors of numerous corporate and charitable organizations in Kansas and Oklahoma.
Senior Vice President
Darrell Boyd oversees marketing, sales and strategic planning and also serves as a lender liaison. With 30 years in the finance industry, Boyd has served 20 consecutive years in manufactured home lending. In 1995, with GreeTree Financial Corp., Boyd opened and managed a regional office. He also served with Peoples First National and Marketing Services of Indiana.
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Seth Deyo is responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting and human resource related functions for Triad. He has served as Vice President of Finance & Controller for Bank of America’s Auto Lending & Leasing Division (Jacksonville, FL), Controller for NuexCo Trading Corporation (Denver, CO), and Senior Auditor & Financial Analyst for Arthur Andersen & Company (Chicago, IL). Deyo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
