Triad Financial Services, Inc. Rounds Out the Top Five of Northeast Florida's 50 Fastest Growing Companies

For the second consecutive year Triad Financial Services, Inc. has been selected by The Business Journal as one of Northeast Florida's 50 fastest growing private companies (The BJ 50).

Triad, a manufactured home finance company that specializes in the A and B+ credit niche, ranked 5th in 2000, up from 9th in 1999, with an average annual increase in revenue of 86.24% over the period from 1997-1999.

Don Glisson, Jr., President, attributes Triad's recent growth and success, "to hiring an excellent outside sales force and developing a winning marketing strategy that includes advertising in national trade publications, exhibiting at trade shows and sponsoring industry events."

Triad is currently one of the ten largest manufactured home loan originators in the country, and at their current growth rate they are poised to move into the top five.

In order to be considered for The BJ 50, companies must be independent and privately held, have been in operation since 1994 and had revenue of at least $1 million in 1997.
