Triad Financial Services, Inc. Ranks 25th at Annual Florida 100 Awards
February 12, 2002

For the fourth consecutive year Triad Financial Services has been selected by the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business Administration and Fisher School of Accounting to the Florida 100. The Florida 100 annually recognizes the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in Florida.

Triad Financial Services, a provider of manufactured home financing for over 40 years, ranked 25th in 2001 with a three-year revenue increase of 196.25%. Triad ranked as the 26th fastest growing company in Florida on the 2000 list, 36th in 1999 and 53rd in 1998.

Don Glisson, Jr., President, attributes Triad's growth to "finding a void in the marketplace, taking the company nationwide, and creating a strong brand name."

In order to be nominated for the Florida 100, companies must be privately owned and headquartered in the state of Florida, have a three-year sales history (1998-2000) with increasing revenue, and sales of more than $250,000 (but less than $25 million) in fiscal 1998.
