Triad Financial Services, Inc. Ranks 26th at the Fifth Annual Florida 100 Awards

Triad Financial Services was recently selected by the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business Administration and Fisher School of Accounting to the Florida 100 of 2000. The Florida 100 annually recognizes the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in Florida.

Triad Financial Services, a manufactured home finance company that specializes in the A and B+ credit niche, ranked 26th in 2000 with a three-year revenue increase of 231.78%. Triad ranked as the 36th fastest growing company in Florida on the 1999 list and as 53rd in 1998.

Triad, currently one of the ten largest manufactured home loan originators in the country, attributes its growth and success to employee and management's desire to be known as "the friendliest, hardest-working lender in the business."

In order to be nominated for The Florida 100, companies must be privately owned and headquartered in Florida, have a three-year sales history (1997-1999) with increasing revenue and sales of more than $100,000 in 1997.
