Triad Financial Services, Inc. Announces Additional Texas Regional Manager Additions

Triad Financial Services, Inc., a full-service manufactured home finance company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, is pleased to announce the addition of three new regional managers to service our expanding Texas market.

Jim Brand joins Triad as the Regional Manager for Southwest Texas. Brand brings over 30 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry to Triad. He began his career in retail and joined The Associates in the early 90s. Brand relocated to Texas and opened an office in Houston as Sales Purchase Office Manager. Katie Hanna has also joined Triad and will market the Dallas, Texas territory and central Texas areas. Hanna, with over 13 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, also has an extensive background in marketing.
