Triad Named to BJ 50 List for 4th Consecutive Year
August 6, 2002

For the fourth consecutive year, Triad Financial Services, Inc. was named by The Business Journal as one of Northeast Florida’s 50 fastest growing private companies (the BJ 50).

Even though the manufactured housing industry as a whole is experiencing a continual decline in retail sales and shipments, Triad has continued to grow returning an average annual increase in revenue of 35.9% over the period from 1999 to 2001. This increase ranked Triad as the 27th fastest growing company on the 2002 list. Previously, Triad ranked 4th on the 2001 list, 5th in 2000, and 9th in 1999.

“Triad’s goal is to be the leader in the manufactured home finance industry,” remarked Don Glisson, Jr., President. “Our 40+ year commitment to the industry, coupled with our commitment to outstanding credit quality and our strong customer service philosophy has made Triad the success it is today.”

In order to be considered for the BJ 50, companies must be independent and privately held, have been in operation since 1998 and had revenue of at least $1 million in 2001.
