Triad Financial Services Ranks 4th Among Northeast Florida's 50 Fastest Growing Companies
July 24, 2001
Triad Financial Services, Inc., has once again been selected by The Business Journal as one of Northeast Florida's 50 fastest growing private companies (the BJ 50).
Triad, ranked 4th, is a manufactured home finance company that has continued to prosper while other industry competitors have either exited the market or downsized considerably. Triad achieved this year's ranking by returning an average annual increase in revenue of 112% over the period from 1998 to 2000. This is Triad's third consecutive year on the BJ 50, ranking 5th in 2000 and 9th in 1999.
President Don Glisson, Jr. attributes Triad's growth to "finding a void in the marketplace, taking the company nationwide, and creating a brand name." By successfully growing Triad's brand at the right time, the company has positioned itself as one of the top ten manufactured home loan originators in the country and earned the Manufactured Housing Institute's Regional Lender of the Year designation.
In order to be considered for the BJ 50, companies must be independent and privately held, have been in operation since 1997 and had revenue of at least $1 million in 2000.
