The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) announced at its 2008 National Congress and Expo Annual Meeting in Las Vegas that Triad Financial Services, Inc. has been chosen the National Lender of the Year.

Every year MHI industry leaders vote for the companies that are considered the best in their class. This is the sixth time Triad has been recognized by MHI, winning “Regional Lender of the Year” in 2006, 2005, 2003, 2002, and 2001.

“Triad’s ultimate goal is to be the manufactured housing industry lender of choice,” stated Don Glisson, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Triad Financial Services. “With nearly 50 years of experience financing manufactured homes we know we can offer our retailers competitive financing programs for a variety of products. We also know we have been here in the past and that we will continue to be here for our retailers and their customers in the future.”

Triad provides loans in 43 states nationwide with local representatives in 26 key locations throughout the country. It specializes in prime credit manufactured home loans and has been in business since 1959. “Since the beginning Triad’s focus has been to provide this very special industry with the best rates, services and support,” said Glisson, “our strategies and decisions are based on supporting this industry through the good times and the challenging times. We have proven we’re here for the long run.”

This is one of many awards Triad has received over the years. Their dedication to the industry and strong investor network garnered Triad a top spot as one of the Northeast Florida’s 50 fastest growing private companies as ranked by The Business Journal.

Triad Financial Services, one of the nation’s leading manufactured housing financial services companies, is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida with offices in Bourbonnais, IL, Houston, TX, and Wichita, KS.
