Triad Financial Services has received the Manufactured Housing Institute’s (MHI) National Industry Award for "Regional Lender of the Year." The award was presented today during the 2003 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Triad Financial Services has been honored for their significant contributions and extraordinary dedication to the manufactured housing industry. With their innovative thinking and extraordinary dedication attitudes they have promoted a positive image for the industry and demonstrated the industry’s true potential. We are proud of their many accomplishments,” said Chris Stinebert, president of MHI.

Triad Financial Services Inc., a leading regional manufactured home originator located in Jacksonville, Fla., has been involved in the manufactured home finance industry since 1959. Triad’s ongoing commitment to the integrity of the industry is exemplified by its participation in MHI’s Lender Best Practices program. Receiving the Lender Best Practices designation reinforces Triad’s long-term commitment to lending standards, outstanding credit quality, and the overall health of the industry.

The National Industry Awards are presented annually. Nominations for the Regional Lender of the Year award were solicited and chosen by other financial institutions across the country, making it one of the most prestigious honors bestowed from peer to peer in the country.
