Triad Financial Services Name Regional Lender of the Year for 2006

Triad Financial Services has received the Manufactured Housing Institute’s (MHI) National Industry Award for “Regional Lender of the Year.” The award was presented today during the 2006 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Triad Financial Services has been honored for their significant contributions and extraordinary dedication to the manufactured housing industry. We are very proud of the accomplishments of this award winner and superb industry role model. Its hard work, innovative thinking and determination to promote a positive image for this industry are well appreciated. It is leaders such as Triad that will help propel the industry to its highest potential,” said Chris Stinebert, president of MHI.

Triad Financial Services, Inc., has been dedicated to the manufactured home finance industry for over 40 years. During a time when dozens of lenders entered and exited the manufactured housing market, Triad was there for its retailers, community owners and brokers and plans to continue with its long-term commitment to this industry.

In 2005, Triad increased its loan volume by 29 percent. Triad was certified as a “Lender Best Practices” lender and was recognized in 2005 as “Regional Lender of the Year.” It brought 25 commercial banks and credit unions into the industry.

Triad is very active in the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) and state associations. Senior executives have assumed leaderhsip roles within MHI and contributed significant amounts of time to promote the entire manufactured housing industry.

The National Industry Awards are presented annually. Nominations for the Regional Lender of the Year award were solicited and chosen by other financial institutions across the country, making it one of the most prestigious honors bestowed from peer to peer in the country.

MHI is the national trade organization representing all segments of the manufactured and modular housing industries including manufacturers, retailers, community owners, suppliers, financial institutions, state associations and developers.
